Mary teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. She combines traditional asanas with moments of exploration and freedom. Threading in embodiment practises and sound to create a truly unique and beautiful experience. Leave classes feeling rejuvenated and grounded, with more mental space for whatever it may be that you are facing.
